Who the hell are you?
-I’m Jerry Nowlin. I’m the guy responsible for all this. Oh, you wanted more? Go here

TrulyEpic? What’s that?
TrulyEpic!! is a geek webcomic/blog created by me, Jerry Nowlin. It’s primarily just a geek webcomic, but I do focus ALOT on video games. I post the comics on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Here is a great story on how it all got started.

Who the hell are the guys in the top right?
-That is an excellent question. They are (going from left to right) me, Dustin, Chris and Shawn. They contribute to the site and hopefully will be on future podcasts. Appearance wise, the characters in this comic are loosely based on me (Jerry) and my other friends (Dustin, Chris and Shawn). They are actual people that I work with and not some figment of my imagination. You may even see them comment or post on the site from time to time, or all the fucking time, I dunno. That’s pretty much where it ends though. Personality wise, at least in the comic all four characters are parodies of their real-life counterparts. Sometimes I add some of my own personality quirks, habits and random shit in the mix.

Why “TrulyEpic?”
-I dunno, Why not? It’s catchy…easy to remember right?

What do you use to create your comic strips?
-I’m digital for now. I use Photoshop CS3, a Wacom Intuos 3 and my computer. I’ve thought about doing my linework and dialogue traditionally but right now it’s all digital.

Who did your webdesign?
-Tyler Martin a.k.a. Mind Faucet. This guy is a badass and I highly recommend him. I tweek it and do some extra stuff to it but only with a deep fear that I will break the whole thing. (and I have) I don’t know shit about html code and website haxorz.

Indeed I do. You can contact me by email at jerry@trulyepic.com. Please don’t use the contact page to get in touch with me. It can get bogged down with fan mail and that can take me time to go through.
